My name is Lore, I am German National born in South West Africa, and traveled to Houston, Tx in 2014. My 5year old daughter Hannah and I live in South West Houston. 

I've always had a passion for Baking and Decorating and pursued my passion in 2023 when we started Schick Cakes as a Home Bakery under the Cottage Law and we expanded our brand and opened our very first food truck. I have been known in the Restaurant Industry for many years and have had many successful years. Schick Cakes was started as a family business in memory of my late father Heinrich Schick who raised me and my Brother as a single parent. He instilled love, care, and good morals and values into us. Schick Cakes is the beginning of Hannah's Future and Family Legacy.
